Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 apples
- 400 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr nuts (chopped)
- 110 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 9 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in the vanilla and beat well. Mix flour, cinnamon, and soda and add to above mixture. Add chopped nuts and apples. Spread in a 13 x 9 cake pan.
