Ingredients

- 1,000 gr lamb steak
- 240 ml wine (white)
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr ginger
Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
