Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 190 gr monterrey jack (shredded)
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 65 gr flour
- 32 gr cans of green chilis (chopped)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Fold in cheese and chilis. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 40 minutes. Cut into 5 cm squares. Good hot or cold.
