Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 vegetable oil
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 160 gr flour
- 50 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a nonstick pan, or use the nonstick spray. Combine everything else in a blender until smooth. Pour batter into the pan to make 13 cm circles. When the edges harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook the other side for the same amount of time.
