Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 575 gr peaches (sliced drained)
- 240 ml milk
- 450 ml cream cheese
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr flour
- 75 gr peach syrup
- 26 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
Combine first 6 ingredients, and beat 2 minutes at Medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Arrange peaches over the top of batter.
Combine cheese, sugar and peach syrup. Beat 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches. Mix cinnamon and sugar together, and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 180ºC or 30 to 35 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
