Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 150 gr bananas
- 120 ml creamy peanut butter
- 110 gr margarine
- 5 gr flour
- 1 package pills

Vanilla Frosting Supr half ts Banana extract or vanilla half ts Yellow food coloring -----------------------------------GLAZE---------------------------------- half c Powdered sugar 2 tb Creamy peanut butter 2 tb Milk half ts Vanilla
----------------------------------GARNISH---------------------------------2 x Bananas, thinly sliced
1. Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour 13x9 inchpan.
2. In large bowl, combine bananas and margarine; mix well (mixture will look slightly curdled). Add peanut butter; beat well. Add whipping cream and eggs; beat at high speed until smooth. Add cake mix and flour; beat at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into greased and floured pan.
3. Bake at 180ºC or 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan, if desired. Cool completely.
4. In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; stir until smooth and creamy. Frost cake. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over frosting. Just before serving, garnish with banana slices. Store in refrigerator.
