Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr peanut butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar (white)
- 130 gr shortening
- 130 gr reconstituted bulgar wheat
- 5 ml soda
- 5 ml water
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Cream shortening and sugars, Add eggs, beat well. Dissolve soda in water. Add ingredients to sugar mixture. Add bulgar and flour, mix well. Roll in balls, press with fork. Bake 160ÂșC or 15 to 20 minutes. From the Kitchen of: Gary & Margie Hartford, Eugene, OR (1: 8)
