Ingredients
- 6 pears
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 150 gr sugar
- 28 gr butter
Place pears in a buttered shallow baking pan; sprinkle with sugar, and dot with butter. Bake at 250ºC or 15 minutes or until sugar turns brown; baste several times.
