Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1,100 gr top sirloin steak (boneless)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 gr prepared horseradish
- 8 gr coarsely pepper melange (ground)
- 4 gr salt
Combine the pepper, garlic, salt, horseradish and olive oil; rub onto surface o f steak. Refrigerate, covered, 30-60 min. Heat broiler; broil steak 13 cm from hea t until medium-rare (11-13 min. per side) or until internal temperature reaches 145�-150� on instant read thermometer. Let stand 5 min.; slice half of steak acr oss grain 1 cm thick. Serve immediately. Save remaining for serving with Thai P eanut Sauce. Serves 4.
