Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 french vannilla pudding mix
- 230 ml sour cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 80 ml sweet sherry
- 75 gr poppy seed
- 60 ml sherry
- 60 ml water
- 1 package cake mix (yellow)
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for a full 5 mins. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hr. Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan. GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins. Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake. Let cake cool in pan. Freezes great. 12:05 PM
