Ingredients
- 2 porridge (cold)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 savory
- 230 gr beef (minced)
- 130 gr pork (minced)
- 120 gr consumme
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 slice leek thinly (sliced optional)
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Grease a loaf pan, sprinkle with flour, and shake out excess. Pack in mixture and place in a pan filled with hot water until water comes 3 cm up side of loaf pan.
Bake at 160ÂșC about one hour, or until top is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
