Ingredients
- 99 egg substitute with splash of water (lightly beaten)
- 1 black pepper sauce at time vegetarian sausage (fresh ground hot serving optional)
- 1 use the cubed style hash browns (frozen)
- 1 preheat nonstick skille hash browns (frozen)
- 1 make a crater in the center of the by pushing everything to the side of the (pan)
- 1 note the eggs may be in a separate (scrambled pan)
- 120 gr egg beaters
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 package hominy grits (rinsed)
- 1/2 packages tomatoes with green chilis with juice
- 1/2 packages hashed brown potatoes (frozen)
- some prior to beginning the potatoes
Lowfat vegetarian sausage patties or links may be precooked, crumbled, and added to the mixture. (I liked it with the "sausage" added; my husband preferred his sausage on the side.)
