Ingredients
- 1/2 recipe danish pastry
- 325 gr sieved apricot jam
- 60 ml cognac
- 10 gr squares
- 1 gr opposite corners of dough over filling
liqueur (optional) Heat Apricot jam in a saucepan until it is boiling. Stir in preferred flavoring. Use glaze while it is hot.
