Ingredients
- 8 baby strained prunes
- 3 eggs
- 300 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 240 ml oil
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr nutmeg
Mix together Flour, Soda, Salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Mix Sugar, Oil, Eggs and Buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients and then add Prunes, Chopped Pecans and Vanilla. Bake at 180ÂșC or approx 45 minutes in Bundt or Angel food pan. Toothpick test, cool on rack and enjoy! Jeff Viets
