9 pie crust unbaked
3 eggs
475 ml milk
250 gr pumpkin
200 gr sugar
16 gr flour
2 gr vanilla
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 220ºC or 15 minutes and then lower the heat to 375 and bake until set.
