Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Form dough into 3 cm balls; place 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten ea ch cookie with fork that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 190ºC or 9 dozen minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet. 4 8 cookies.
