Ingredients
- 4 rhubarb
- 4 drops food coloring (red)
- 250 gr sugar
- 80 ml honey
- 45 gr flour
- 10 ml juice
- 4 gr lemon rind
- 1 gr salt
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, salt, rind or juice. Blend in honey and food coloring and let stand while making pastry. Pour in the rhubarb mixture into the piecrust.
