Ingredients
- 4 bean sprouts
- 270 gr chicken breast
- 120 ml peanut butter creamy
- 85 gr spaghetti
- 120 ml chicken bouillon
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 2 gr ginger root (grated)
- 2 slices stalks green onion (sliced)
- 1 slice pepper (red sliced)
Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonight and I liked it). MIx peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon. Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
