- 300 gr tomatoes
- 120 gr onion rings
- 100 gr unpared cucumber (thin)
- 100 gr lettuce
- 65 gr green pepper
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 ml water
- 50 gr celery
- 30 ml salad oil
- 14 gr sugar
- 8 gr flour
- 2 ml prepared mustard
- 3 slices american cheese (sliced)
- 2 slices eggs (hard cooked)
Remove from heat. Toss gently with tomatoes and lettuce. Garnish with cheese strips and egg slices. Calories per 1- one third cup serving: About 230
