Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 loaf of bread cubed
- 325 ml milk
- 230 ml cream cheese softened
- 80 ml honey
Mix eggs, honey and milk; set aside. In a 9x13 inch greased pan, evenly layer half of the bread cubes, then cheese, and top with the rest of the bread cubes. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover, and leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 180ÂșC for 35-40 minutes. Serve with syrup.
