- 140 gr ready-to-serve low-sodium
- 65 gr bell pepper (chopped red)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)

In a 1 litre microwavable casserole combineonion, pepper and margarine; cover and microwave on HIGH until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
