Ingredients
- 110 gr butter
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr rosemary (dried)
- 1 gr tarragon (dried)
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Brush on seafood; baste occasionally during grilling. May also be served warm as a nice dipping sauce with shrimp, crawfish, crab and lobster. Yields: half cup
