Ingredients
- 375 gr shrimp
- 300 gr ripe tomatoes (plum)
- 200 gr penne pasta
- 180 ml olive oil
- 120 gr mozarella cheese
- 14 gr italian (chopped fresh)
- 8 gr basil (chopped fresh)
Salt to taste Pepper to taste Cook penne in rapidly boiling, salted water as directed on package until al dente. When cooked, remove from heat and drain well. Place penne in a bowl and stir in oil. Coat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Allow to sit for 15 minutes and then serve immediately.
