Ingredients
- 12 sections of garlic
- 1 scallion in (cut)
- 1/8 sections
- 1,400 ml boiling water
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 8 gr ginseng root (finely chopped)
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr salt
Put seasonings in a bowl and pour the boiling water into it. This is a good drinking soup that goes well with a heavy dinner.
