Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 190 gr pitted black
- 180 ml dairy sour cream
- 100 gr sugar up
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr almond extract
Pour cherries into an unbaked 20 cm pie shell. Beat eggs well, add sour cream, sugar and beat until thick. Add salt, almond extract. Stir and pour over cherries.
Top with lattice strips and bake on bottom shelf of oven at 200ºC for 25-35 minutes.
