Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 450 gr brown sugar (light)
- 375 gr cake flour
- 240 ml sour cream
- 170 gr raisins (chopped)
- 95 gr melted shortening
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Combine sugar, salt, and spices. Add sour cream, eggs, and shortening. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking soda and baking powder. Add to first mixture. Add raisins and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (425 F) about 10 minutes. 50 servings. ----
