Ingredients
- 64 b in a mixing bowl measure out
- 2 sourdough starter
- 2 eggs
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml cooking oil
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr orange peel (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
sugar. Add all at once to starter mixture. Beat just till blended. Spread batter on lightly greased, preheated waffle grids. Sprinkle with one third c. pecans. (I just mix them into the batter) Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. ----
