Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 140 gr barbecued pork pull
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (grated)
Preheat oven to 200ºC . Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Top each tortilla with some pork and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly and tortilla is crisp.
