Ingredients
- 240 ml yogurt
- 150 gr ice champagne (cold)
- 1 gr fruit nutmeg (chopped fresh freshly grated)
-sparkling water or ginger -ale Mint sprigs (opt) -OR Fruit slices (opt) -(for garnish) (From "Cooking Smart," by Sharon Tyler Herbst.) Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into glasses, filling 0.75 full. Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprigs or fruit slices, if desired. Serves 2.
