Ingredients
- 240 gr pineapple chunks in
- 9 gr butter
- 8 gr sugar
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
non-metallic casserole. 2. Gradually add juice from pineapple, stirring constantly. 3. Add pineapple, cinnamon and butter. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes. Stir and heat an additional 4 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally. Serve with meat or as a desert sauce. Makes 0.75 cup
