Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 herb stuffing
- 2 onions
- 160 gr spinac (chopped frozen)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 28 gr melted butter
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr pepper
Cook and drain spinach. Mix together and make into balls. Bake at 180ºC or 15 minutes. Very good.
