Ingredients
- 9 graham cracker crumb crust cooled
- 4 serv strawberry-banana jello gelatin
- 3 1/2 cool whip topping (thawed)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 160 ml boiling water
- 150 gr strawberries (sliced)
- 120 ml water (cold)
- 1 package prepared
Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Completely dissolve gelatin in boilin g water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1.25 cups. Add to gelatin, s tirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, bl end in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries. Chill unt il mixture mounds. Spoon over banana in pie crust. Chill about 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries and banana slices, if desired.
