Ingredients
- 16 prepared strawberry
- 9 pastry shell (baked)
- 600 gr strawberries (fresh)
- 400 gr eagle brand sweetened
- 230 ml cream cheese soft
- 80 ml realemon lemon juice
- 4 gr vanilla extract
Glaze, chilled In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Realemon brand juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill for 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Refrigerate any leftovers.
