- 6 eggs
- 2,400 gr pumpkin
- 475 ml whipping cream
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 16 ml molasses
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 1 gr ginger
custard. Serve from the pumpkin at your table, scraping some of the meat from the pumpkin with each serving. ----
