Ingredients
- 12 long skewers
- 8 mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 450 gr sirloin steak
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml water
- 10 ml dijon mustard
- 5 ml honey
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr pepper
the meat is 8 cm to 10 cm from the heat. Broil 9 to dozen minutes for rare to medium, turning occasionally. Season with salt if desired. Note: Beef kabobs may also be grilled. Place on grid over medium coals. Grill 8 to 11 minutes. Serving suggestions: Hot, cooked long grain and wild rice.
