Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 bisquick baking mix
- 350 ml milk
- 240 ml curd cottage cheese creamed
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 90 gr french onions (fried)
Heat oven to 200ºC . Grease 25 cm pie plate. Mix cheeses; spread in plate. Beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with electric mixer on high. Pour into plate; sprinkle with onions. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
