Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cooking oil
- 1 cranberry sauce
- 450 gr potatoes
- 200 gr turkey
- 30 gr green onions with tops
- 16 gr flour
- 4 gr salt
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add potatoes, turkey, onions, flour and salt; mix well.
Heat about 1 cm of oil in a large skillet. Pour batter by one third cupfuls into hot oil. Fry 5-6 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender and pancakes are golden brown. Serve with cranberry sauce if desired.
