Ingredients
- 1 turkey (diced cooked)
- 325 ml water
- 120 gr long rice (grain)
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 50 gr celery (diced)
- 40 gr margarine
- 8 gr pimento (chopped)
- 4 slices processed cheese (sliced)
- 1 package onion soup
- 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
In skillet, brown rice in margarine, stirring constantly. Place in casserole add the onion soup, green pepper, pimento, celery, turkey, drained mushrooms and 1.3333333333333 c of water, mixing well. Bake covered at 180ÂșC or 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.^ Arrange cheese slices in pinwheel fashion on the casserole. Bake uncovered, until cheese melts.
