Ingredients
- 1 vermicelli
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 650 gr italian tomatoes undrained (plum)
- 350 gr beef (ground)
- 170 gr feta cheese crumbled
- 95 gr tomato paste
- 30 ml olive oil
- 14 gr sugar
- 8 gr basil (fresh chopped)
- 4 gr basil (dried)
Saute the onion in the olive oil over medium heat, then add the ground beef and saute until meat is browned and broken up. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well, then add the salt, pepper, sugar, and basil and let simmer. Add the cheese to the sauce just before serving. Recipe By :
