Ingredients
- 1 box wild quick brown rice
- 130 gr beansprouts
- 65 gr carrots (grated)
- 60 gr onions
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 45 gr mushrooms
- 30 ml oil
- 1 gr garlic
Cook contents of box according to package directions. Saute' vegetables in oil until tender. Gently blend rice and vegetable mixture and serve.
