Ingredients
- 1 1/2 loaf
- 1 egg
- 325 gr bread flour
- 180 ml milk
- 85 gr raisins
- 50 gr powdered sugar
- 30 ml applesauce
- 10 gr maple syrup
- 9 gr yeast
- 6 gr orange peel
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
