• 1 sprig rosemary (fresh)
• 1/2 onion (white chopped)
• 375 gr swordfish steak without skin center is preferable salt (cut)
• 300 gr tomatoes (plum peeled)
• 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
• 3 gr italian parsley (chopped fresh)
