- 350 gr asparagus (fresh)
- 100 ml hazelnut oil
- 65 gr baby lettuces
- 45 ml tarragon wine vinegar (white)
- 36 gr hazelnuts
- 8 gr tarragon (dried)
- 5 ml dijon mustard
