• 8 balls ice cream
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 egg whites
• 950 ml peanut oil
• 300 gr cornflakes
• 190 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
• 180 ml flat beer
• 16 ml vegetable oil
• 14 gr sugar
• 3 gr salt
