• 260 gr round steak in (cut thin)
• 240 ml water
• 140 gr green pepper (sliced)
• 120 gr onion (sliced)
• 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
• 50 gr coarsely celery (chopped)
• 30 ml soy sauce
• 28 gr butter
• 10 gr corn starch
