Ingredients
- 1 1/2 baltimore spice old bay seasoning
- 260 gr round steak in (cut thin)
- 240 ml water
- 140 gr green pepper (sliced)
- 120 gr onion (sliced)
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 50 gr coarsely celery (chopped)
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 28 gr butter
- 10 gr corn starch
- 3 gr salt
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings
