- 450 gr cling (sliced)
- 475 ml buttermilk baking mix
- 240 ml milk
- 80 ml molasses
- 55 gr packed brown sugar (light)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 5 gr ginger
