• 1 lentils (raw)
• 1 onion
• 1 clove (crushed)
• 130 gr breadcrumbs wheat (whole)
• 60 gr brown rice
• 60 ml tomato sauce
• 32 gr wheat germ
• 30 ml tabasco sauce
• 16 ml soy sauce
