Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lentils (raw)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove (crushed)
- 130 gr breadcrumbs wheat (whole)
- 60 gr brown rice
- 60 ml tomato sauce
- 32 gr wheat germ
- 30 ml tabasco sauce
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr thyme

Mash lentils coarsely and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased loaf pan and bake, covered, at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until loaf is firm to the touch. Serve with your favourite sauce. Servings: 6
