• 4 tuna fish
• 4 garlic (cloves)
• 4 kemiri
• 3 eel
• 3 ikan teri
• 3 shallots
• 3 cabe rawit
• 2 chilli powder
• 250 gr santen (thick)
• 30 ml tamarind water
